The Epic Earth Arts Store features original artwork created by artists within the Epic Earth Arts community. Because each piece is artist-made and shipped directly by the artist, returns and refunds are handled with care and consideration for both buyers and artists.

All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of original and limited-edition artwork:

All sales are final, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

We encourage buyers to carefully review artwork descriptions, images, sizes, and details before completing a purchase.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged:

1. Contact Epic Earth Arts as soon as possible after delivery

2. Include your order number and clear photos of:

   • The damaged artwork

   • The packaging (inside and outside)

3. Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved

Epic Earth Arts will work with the artist and shipping carrier to review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Lost Shipments

If an order appears to be lost in transit:

• Please contact Epic Earth Arts so we can assist in tracking the shipment

• Resolution will depend on carrier confirmation and claim outcomes

Epic Earth Arts is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers but will assist in communication and claims when possible.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that does not match the product listing:

• Contact Epic Earth Arts with your order number and photos

• We will review the issue and coordinate with the artist to resolve it

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

Buyers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information

• Reviewing artwork details prior to purchase

• Contacting Epic Earth Arts promptly regarding any issues
