Epic Earth Arts reserves the right to update, modify, or remove listings at any time

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment is required at the time of purchase
Applicable sales tax is collected at checkout
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Epic Earth

Arts does not store full credit card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Artwork is shipped directly by the artist who created it
Shipping times vary depending on the artist, item, and carrier
Tracking information is provided once the order ships

Epic Earth Arts LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Damages

Due to the nature of original artwork:

All sales are final, unless otherwise stated on the product listing
If artwork arrives damaged, buyers must contact Epic Earth Arts within a reasonable timeframe so the issue can be reviewed
Epic Earth Arts and the artist will work together to address damage claims on a case-by-case basis

Buyers are encouraged to carefully review artwork descriptions and images prior to purchase.

7. Artist Responsibilities

Artists selling through the Epic Earth Arts Store agree to:

Provide accurate descriptions and images of their artwork
Package and ship artwork professionally
Provide valid tracking information
Comply with the Epic Earth Arts Store Artist Agreement

Epic Earth Arts reserves the right to remove artist listings that do not meet store standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and artwork, is the property of Epic Earth Arts LLC or the respective artists and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Epic Earth Arts or the applicable artist.
