The Epic Earth Arts Store features original artwork created by artists within the Epic Earth Arts community. Because each piece is shipped directly by the artist who created it, shipping practices may vary slightly by item.

Where We Ship

At this time, shipping availability may vary by artist and artwork. Shipping destinations will be displayed at checkout based on the item and artist.

If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Shipping Origin

All artwork purchased through the Epic Earth Arts Store is shipped directly from the artist who created the piece. Artists ship from their own studios or locations.

Processing & Shipping Time

• Processing times vary by artist and artwork

• Estimated processing times are listed on each product page

• Once an item ships, tracking information will be provided

Please note that original artwork may require additional handling time to ensure safe packaging.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated or listed at checkout

• Shipping charges are paid by the buyer

• Shipping fees are not included in the artwork price

Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email or through your order confirmation.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe after purchase, please contact us.

Delivery Delays

Epic Earth Arts LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Customs processing (if applicable)

Damaged or Lost Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit:

1. Contact Epic Earth Arts as soon as possible

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and artwork

3. Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved

Epic Earth Arts will work with the artist and carrier to address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Epic Earth Arts LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
